At Thunder Oilfield Services (Thailand) Ltd., we specialize in selling new OEM, new aftermarket, remanufactured and used parts for numerous cranes and hydraulic systems throughout the world. All crane and hydraulic components supplied will either meet or exceed the OEM’s published specifications and/or recommendations as per API RP 2D, Latest Edition.

Operational Spares

TOS is capable of supplying a wide variety of operational spares, such as filters, belts, lubricants, etc. to keep your crane or hydraulic system running at full capacity.

Insurance Spares

Pumps/motors, control valves, accumulators, etc… to minimize downtime in the event of an un-expected breakdown.

Capital Spares

Such as hoists, wire ropes, sheaves, etc… to minimize lead times in the event the component(s) become worn due to excessive usage.

If storage space for such spares is a concern, TOS can store your spares for you in a clean, secure environment at any of our facilities.

Repair and Return

Thunder Oilfield Services (Thailand) Ltd. has two workshops located in Thailand. With our cylinder and hoist test stands, we have the capability to repair and recertify your hydraulic cylinders and hoists. We also have the capability to repair hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves, etc… All repaired components would be returned to our partner with a complete inspection report, which would outline parts that were damaged, repairs made to the component(s) and final testing data.

In addition to the above, all components are repaired using parts that will meet or exceed the OEM’s published specifications and/or recommendations in accordance with API RP 2D, Latest Edition.

Component Exchange Program

Thunder Oilfield Services (Thailand) Ltd. offers an exchange program for crane and hydraulic components ranging from, but not limited to, pumps/motors, cylinders, hoists, etc. The damaged component, “core”, would then be returned to TOS for inspection and possible rebuild.

Our partners would then benefit from receiving a like-new component immediately with out the hassle of long lead times for repair and return. Therefore, minimizing down time and keeping production at a high.

All of our exchange components are rebuilt using parts that would meet or exceed the OEM’s published specifications and/or recommendations in accordance with API RP 2D. When applicable, full test reports and/or certifications would be provided with the exchange component.

Fabricated Components

From certified design engineering, all the way through final installation and testing, Thunder Oilfield Services (Thailand) Ltd. offers turnkey service for repair and/or custom-fabrication of structural and nonstructural crane components in full compliance with client, industry and regulatory standards.

Quality is assured through the use of high quality steel grades and experienced personnel following disciplined production, inspection and document control processes. Weld procedures and welders qualified in accordance with AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code are standard, however qualification to alternate codes or specifications are possible to meet your crane’s design parameters.
