Our on-site personnel have full management and technical support from dedicated Project Service Managers and Project Service Engineers. The team acts as a Focal Point for all personnel, our partner’s and our own. They ensure that the highest quality people, parts, tools and equipment are in place at the right time and take responsibility for ensuring that the highest quality maintenance needs are fulfilled.

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

The PPM program can consists of various possible levels (examples: 3 Monthly, 6 Monthly, 1 Yearly and 2-4 Yearly), which can be applied to all equipment and are generally conducted along with an inspection. Each task will be detailed per crane type and duty cycle, using a “job card” format, and can be detailed to meet specific Partner needs and requirements. Please see crane inspections, for more details. TOS shall provide our partners with detailed reports on a daily, per inspection, monthly and annual basis.

Planned Corrective Maintenance (PCM)

Depending on the urgency and nature of the deficiency identified during the PPM, the risks involved, and the comparative costs to the partner, the actual maintenance may be performed under a PCM program, in which the actual work would be planned, typically the PCM would be performed in conjunction with the next scheduled PPM should timing, parts availability, etc, allow. At the completion of the CM, we will provide the Partner a written document that summarizes the repair work performed.
